Questions
FAQ
Do you have a shop I can visit?
Not yet. We are in Eagle and we serve the Treasure Valley, and we are working toward a commercial location. Everything today is arranged by email.
Can I order online?
Online ordering opens once our Idaho registration and seller’s permit are complete. Until then, email us with what you want and we will sort it out directly — the prices on the shop page are the prices.
What can you print?
Most things that fit the build volume and make sense in plastic — replacement parts, prototypes, jigs and fixtures, enclosures, and one-off runs. Send an STL or a STEP file if you have one. A photograph, a sketch, or the broken part with a measurement is also enough; that is what the design service is for.
What materials do you use?
PLA and PETG for most work, ABS, ASA, and TPU when the part needs them. If you do not know which you need, describe where the part lives and what it has to survive, and we will tell you.
How long does something take?
Small parts are usually a day or two. Larger or multi-part jobs depend on the queue and the print time, and you get a time estimate with the quote before anything starts.
Do you repair printers you did not sell?
Yes. Anything consumer or prosumer. Describe the fault by email — including the make and model, and what changed just before it started — and we will tell you whether it is worth fixing before you bring it anywhere.
Do you buy used printers?
Yes, outright. If you have one to sell, email the make, model, condition, and a photo. We buy, refurbish, test, and resell.
Do you do bulk or trade work?
Yes, and we would like to hear about it. Email is the fastest route.
